Nominees of COTM will be required to wait 3(three) months before being able to be nominated again, COTM winners will be required to wait 3(three) months before a second car of theirs can be nominated.

Sorry if people think I am being a nazi on this but I just want COTM to be open to everybody and everybody to have a chance of winning. You guys pay the same membership as everybody else. I just dont want to see the same cars winning over and over.
