Hi Keith,
I put new window switches in the the vs for show and the windows go up faster beleave it or not. I think you should try to clean up all the connections first and see what happens. Sorry don`t know about newer motors.

Hi Keith,
Guys at work told me about this place don`t know too much you will have to ring them.
Power Win Auto,
Trevor or Salvo,
4 Kagoola street, Banyo.
32678998.

Or Rare Spares. If they can help you with parts get the Part Numbers and Prices for me and I can get them cheaper.
I can get them delivered to the honda dealer for you at Yamanto . And you can pick them up.

usually it's buggered window channel rubbers that cause the windows to lift slowly.

But if it is the motor, I believe you can fit the entire window regulator & motor out of a VN-VS.
I'm fairly sure frost_vk has fit them to his VK
