Hi Praise for Hi-Torque Performance

Well decided to have the full exhaust, ziggys OTR and tune done at Hi Torque Performance.
I used them mainly due to the positive experiences BCCC members have had and I can now back this up 120%.

To Kent and the very friendly and helpful staff a BIG THANK YOU!!

Kent was extremely helpful from my first contact by way of an email enquiry and right through the whole process. Kent and the crew also stayed back well after closing time to get the tune right, and this I also appreciated very much.

HiTorque Performance also helped with an issue I had that was not related to anything they were doing, and this was taken in their stride and they actually checked and rectified for me.

An amazingly high level of customer service, expertise and outstanding end result makes HiTorque Performance my #1 choice from here on!!

I strongly recommend anyone considering performance mods to their car to chat with Kent and the team.

Yuppers I too have nothing but praise for Hi Torque and its not simply the mechanical and power stuff. Its the whole package and professionalism and customer focus that impresses me most.

I will be down there tomorrow getting some more additions and tweaks done. Then testing the conglomearte the following day (Saturday) evening at a T&T at Willowbank.

Bottom line for me is the friggen awesomme customer service and CAN DO attitude that separates them from the also rans of other shops (akka, not so much of the political, and braun, and false loyalty egotism, come pseudo friendship mentality thats somehow inherantly attached to $$$ expended) . ;)
