Mate some of those shots are simply awesomme, especially the first set. Creativity is also evident in the second set though. Some are significantly "pixelised" but I assume this is from the compression required to upload on the net; and that the originals being 3-5 meg each would not show such flaws...
Demonstrates a fantastic flare and knowledge of the "basics" of F stop, and focus, and shutter speed, and time lapse, and macro, plus a lot of creativity to boot.
Its certainly not just a "test and try" or "suck and see" bunch of pics imo. Credit where credit is due. Some of those posted are a very tough gig to capture as I have tried it myself but failed to achieve the desired result (albeit I don't have a Digital SLR type camera anyways - just an auto digital one atm; I'm from the old school of actual SLR Camera Body, a crate load of lenses, and film strip, and negative processes/developing era) LOL.
Well done Dave, great photos!!! Not everyone can use a SLR to its full potential even though they may own one; but you seem to be well advanced and on the way to getting there. ;)
