Yeah they did this back in October.
Each Saturday was aimed at a particular group.
Murphy's law, but when the Holden one was on, which was the first one if I remember, I couldn't post it because of the site problems.
I had received the invite from PWR and when I do again be assured that I will post it up.

Am I miising something Adam? PWR have opened this date up to all car types. Why does it have to be a Holden Day for BCCC to attend. Shit, I race against Ricers and they are some of the nicest people around.
I rekken PWR are paying sponsors to advertise alone, they are not sponsors to advise technical aspects of anything asked on their section (which is a shame). Not forgetting that I asked you to prod them for an anwer to my genuine querie, yet I have no reply to date!!!!
Invite or not to BCCC specific - I will be at this day, mainly cause I could not get a reply to my question on the PWR section of the BCCC forum!!!! Yeh, be assured, I will get an answer sometime or other...

Once again I'm being misunderstood.
All I was saying is that I received an invite for an open day in October that was for Holdens. THEY were trying to open their workshop to specific groups...... Not me. One weekend it was Holden, one it was Ford, one was Subaru..... Go to all of them if you like. My statement was based on the fact that we drive Commodores and we were invited to attend the Holden one and put our cars on display. Would have been good seeing they sponsor us. I just couldn't get it up on the site
As for what they pay for. Have a look at LS1. They are exactly the same. Paying sponsors for advertsing only . Yes it would be great if they added technical support and all anybody has to do is post stuff and I will pass on the questions.

Yeh getting back to the original post I made. Event is on in December - just for info. Come if ya want, I will certainly be there.
Check it out Adam, it was a benign offer to all, but you had to put your own ownership into it LOL..
Review and Renew and Self Apraise is all I ask.
Do you really think you would have got Hi Torque on board without me LOL. LOL Good to see you getting the Cudos for whatever you could "not" achieve in getting Kent and Hi Torque on board
I suggest Hi Torque would be easy to take out of the equation at my request. Yeh I'm Old but not Dumb.

Consider this your first warning Pete, The forums are not for showboating about who got what. I would suggest that you could also be removed without too much hassel. I appreciate that you played a part in getting HT onboard but we dont need to hear about it in every post.
PS, please keep this thread on topic.

As I don't want to hijack someones thread as has been suggested I feel that I am continually being attacked. So,
1. I spoke to Kent back in April - if you remember. If you remember, I said he was keen but we couldn't seem to get it over the line and at the time I didn't see the point with all that was happening with the club at the time. Then new website. Kind of seemed pointless to get new sponsors when I couldn't put them up. Notice that since we have had the new website running we do have new sponsors. If you read the original HT thread that I posted yesterday you will notice that I did mention your name. Must have missed that one.
2. I wasn't putting ownership on the PWR day. As I am the contact to them, Zac from PWR emails me things. Again, misunderstood. I was only outlining that I had received it. I simply stated it was something that they had done in the month of October and obviously from 'YOUR' thread they were doing it again.
3. I hope the reason Kent joined was not solely because of you. Have you ever thought that he actually liked what Ben and I had to say and offer his business. I know a number of cars of mates that have been there and all very happy. Maybe he could see the benefits.
Take them out of the equation. Sure, ask. I know members who are already enquiring about work to be done to their car.

Carbon...I dont think you need to explain urself.
What you have done for the club is above anything anyone could ask......Pete would have you believe that if he left the club it would fall over. All other clubs he has "left" still seem to be going strong.
The PWR day would be a great thing to do as a Club but like anything times real life things get in the way.
i would hope that we are all adults around here, and that dont need to resort to stooping to low level's, just because you dont agree or mis understood what people are saying pete.
You have recieved your credits for helping achieve Hi Torque as sponsors. And for that we thank you. But turning around and trying to remove them, would be a very low act, and would result in me loosing all respect for you, as i have quite alot of respect for you pete. We go back a long way.
I suggest now, we all like adults, take some deep breaths, and get on with life.
Any further threats will result in action being taken.

I agree and THAT's what I am getting at. When the Holden day rolls around at PWR what better way to support our sponsor than rock up with a few of our club cars.
I'll let you orgainse it Pete.....
Peace. I'm outta here.
