What colour personalised plates ??

Hey guys, ive had my eye on a set of personalised plates, and they are still available, so im going to lay buy them on thursday... What colour do you reckon would suit my calais ??
The calais is Maroon, with silver trim....
I was tossing up between White with red writing, Red with silver writing. Or plain black with white writing.... once i have the deposit down, ill reveal what ive got :)

yeah, they come in maroon.
With maroon, you can get white, silver or gold writing

Maroon whith silver would suit it..Keep in mind that one day you may sell your car and with the money paid for the plates you'll perhaps want to keep them for the next car..colours may not match!!!

Yep, I agree. Needs to match the car IMO. Like mine are Black and silver (suits the black car and chrome accents)

go maroon and silver writing then. Like mine are blue and silver. And if you ever do need to change the colour when you sell the car, it can be done for a price.....less than the original price. I think I can change mine for $160???? I think.

Yeah $165 changeover. I've done it. But that was about 12 months ago. As rego has gone up this probably has well....:mad:

Yeah I got a price last week and she said it was about $190. I said your kidding just for a colour change and I'd have to surrender my current plates too!

Id rather spend $225 more ($415) and get a new combo in the colour i want.

Id get Maroon and Silver. It'd match the car then. Or you could get like a black and silver then it'd suit several colour cars. Depends on personal opinion really.
