hey guys, when you drive with your head lights on, and u turn the car off, and open the door, the head lights in my calais usually turn off, but occasionally, they stay on, what controlls this ? as ive had 2 flat batterys due to this....

the BCM controls auto headlights, so it's not likely to be an easy fix without the right diagnostic gear
easiest & cheapest solution is to do it the old fashioned way.... that is turn your headlights off when you turn the car off ;)

lol, even with the headlight function there, i never left the lights on, was just a nice safety precaution to have.....
