Hi guys

BCCC has received an offer from Bathurst Goldfields for an early payment.

They have included the offer to their motel rooms.

Pricing
Motel
Room Price $600.00 per night – minimum 4 nights
Room Price per person $150.00 per night based on a maximum of 4 persons per room
4 nights accommodation per room $2,400.00
Price includes cooked breakfast & dinner daily

Dormitories
Bed price $130.00 per night – minimum 3 nights
$390.00 per person for 3 night’s accommodation
Price includes cooked breakfast & dinner daily

Payments
Deposit: 50% of total cost is payable on receipt of invoice. Invoice will be issued once confirmation of booking is received.
Final Payment: 30th April 2012

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 30th April will incur a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations from the 1st May – 31st August 2012, refund will only be given if the accommodation is resold.
Cancellations from the 1st September no refunds apply.

Personally, as I missed this year, I will be going. I am happy to start organising now but I can bet you that the motel rooms will go quickly.

Nup, not for me thats for sure... Way too much money involved.

I will watch it on my newly acquired 64" 3D TV with the cinemamatics of 1,400 watts 7 channel of top end cordless surround sound.

costs are way beter than last year but i realy want to camp on top of the mountain
trouble is availability is only after others don't take up there offers
to late for goldfields

We would like to go back and would definitely go for a motel. Bit early to be making a decision.

Anytime KJV, 1,300 watts with 19 speakers really shocks and blows the eardrums when setup to a 64 inch TV and 3D.
