Hey guys, there still seem to be some confusion as to why people cant post on the new forums.
Quite simply put, you need to be a Validated Forum member. No longer can a simple forum member post on the forums.
If you sign up as a forum member, you will be able to view the forums, but only post in 3 areas. They being the following
Introduce Yourself
Members Rides
General Chat
These sections are to be used for only what they were created for.
So Please post an into, and post some pics of your rides, and feel free to join the general discussions, any posts which are posted in the wrong area, not applying to a forum member, will be deleted.
A validated forum member will have access to post on the forums.
To become validated you must meet the following criteria
Meet 1 Admin Member
Meet 1 Club Member
Be agreed on by admin you have the clubs best interest at heart
Also please be advised that being validated is not a permanant thing. Validation process was bought in to give those interested the ability to post and meet more people before coming a club member.
Those who have been validated, will have there accounts re advised with in 2 - 3 months of being validated, at which time admin will decide if the validated member needs more time to become a club member or not. The goal of the club is to be just that, Club members.... Consider validation just a stepping stone to becoming a club member.
For those interested in becoming club members, our club membership is $30 per year, which for $30 you get a club sticker, and full access to everything the club has to offer, which includes the forums.
The second membership we offer is $50, which includes a BCCC Shirt and a sticker and full access to everything that the club has to offer, which includes the forums.
Please download the membership form below, and return it to an admin member or post it to the PO box on the form.
