hey all.i dropped my vt off yesterday to get a profesional cut and polish and some scratches touched up.i picked it up today and i'm discusted.here are a few pics of what i mean.i need some advice from someone that does this for a living or just someone that knows a fair bit abit doing a cut and polish and also applyin touch up pain.first the drivers side rear qtr panel has cracks all over it as you can see on the pic.the clear coat on top is fine so what would've caused this and as for the touch up paint job well see for yourself.SHIT.now when i took it in he said nothing about the touch up paint comming out a differant colour compared to the original paint and as you can see its not even smooth.i want to get some info from people on here who do it for a living or like i said knows alot about it before i take it back and go off my head.the car is alittle dirty from ash as you can see in the pics but you can def see where they have touched it up.also there is white shit all over the black moulds on my car.

hey mate, i used to do spraypainting and the 1st photo is what a touch up job looks like with the wrong colour, canthe white stuff on the door moulds is cutter, it should come off with soapy water.
and as for the third it looks like they havent buffed out the scratches they made to try get a bigger scratch out, i'd say go back to them and make them do it again.

Don't know if I would give them another go at it, then again I suppose you couldn't be any more disappointed than you already are.

take it back, demand it be fixed to perfection for free, if they refuse demand your money back and take them to fair trading australia, fair trading will be on there case like a fatboy on donuts, if damage is that much fair trading will take it to court and you'll get a new paint job out of it, but first thing to do is take it back and have a chat, if there sorry, so be it, hope they fix it properly, if there rude arrogant c**ts take a breath, smile and say "ill go speak to fair trading, expect a call" then walk out, have seen to many cases been throwin out because the person lost their temper in the heat of the moment ( not saying you would just saying iv seen it happen far to many times, this lets people get away with things ),

but just by the photos that work quality is shithouse, i can do better with 2000 grit sand paper brake fluid lol
