well, an update on the beast..

i have now down graded and installed 1 x 12" sub in a 60L box, and moved my amp to the side.. look sweet as also...
sounds much better, and hammers more..:)
now to set it correctly, and im on my way again..:) woot woot.....

yea, i only bought the car for the motor at the start for my bro's VR manual he had..
but, i got the car, wrecked it out, sold the box to wombat, so forth etc..:)

i did have a white VN sedan on chrome rims, sold it to get this..lol
and yea, im glad the car was cheap, best to pay more for rego than the car i say..:)
but the car still owes me $800 as it sits now, excluding roady and rego..so im happy.:)

the rims i HAD were VT Clubby replicas. they are sold now, as i didnt like the look after a while..:(

reduces movement in the strut towers ( with age they tend to loosen up abit, the strut brace puts force on them continually so that movement is greatly limited :) )

unless someone has a pair of 235/40r 18 or 245/40r 18" tyres around i can get fitted to my rims here..:)

its easy to install, ndo the strut top bolts, and slip the saddles of the brace to them and replace bolts..:p fit bar, adjust, and away ya go..
works good for me, keeps the front end in place, and ya dont get that "wandering" feeling like ya would on a rough road..
if ya get one, come around and ill help ya fit it..:)

well, after a whie i thought id dig this thread up again..:)

i have now updated the cars interior, and believe me it looks awesome..:)
i dont have pics as yet, but i will have at C4C..
there is a vs stato dash, seats, and vs calais doorcards and console in there now, as well as a temp guage thats gettin wired up this weekend..
also, i just got another roadworthy for the car, so ill be driving her again as of next wednesday/ thursday..:) soo appy i cant wait to drive her again..:p lol

well, after all the troubles, and turmoil i have had with the Grey Ghost,
i have regrettfully sold the girl..:(

its gone as of tonight, and i will have a replacement tomorrow night..:)
buying my mums VS acclaim, and fitting all the stato interior into it this weekend, along with my stereo, 18's, and ill be gettin another FULL CUSTOM TWIN exhaust system as soon as money permits me..

ill start another thread as soon as i can get daylight, and no rain around..
till then, watch this space..:)
