Hi Guys and Gals, my name is Steven. I've been a member of the forum for a while, and decided I had better intro myself. I'm a 34 yr old Holden/HSV lover, and own a 2000 model WH LS1 Statesman. Only perf mods so far are twin 2 1/2" XForce ms cat back system and SS Inductions Big Mouth cai with K&N filter. Mods to come soon include extractors and mafless tune.
Other mods inc International headlights w/ HID 6000k upgrade and Kenwood DVD head unit.
Other than that car is stock as.
Hope to catch up with you guys soon, envisage a trip to Munchies in the next week or so.
Catch ya out there.

Welcome mate. That's a nice tidy Statesman. A touch of class with a bit of grunt. Love it. :) Would love to see you mingle in on some of the cruises with that one.

Thanks for the welcome folks.

Is there any particular extractors that are recommended (I am on a budget tho)? I was thinking of going for the HSV/HM headers style. Are they any good?

Have a look on the ls1 holden forum. In reality there is not much to choose between them. If you had one set on your car you would not change to another. As with most products that are advertised the makers would have you believe that their product is the best. I have pacemaker tri ys on my vt with a 2 1/2 exhaust, otrcai and mafless tune 225 rwkw. My ve has advance tri y extractors that are not mandrel bent. They are as good as any that were tested.

Hi Ben,
Yeah, fairly close to you, I am near the Morayfield East State School. I am pretty easy to spot... Not too many Black WH Stato's running around the area...

Welcome, very nice car you have there! Looks very tidy.
Having the sunroof option is pretty cool
ah ok. There is another black stato with black rims that lives down the road from me, thought it may have been you.

Ah koolio, yeah, no black rims here. Although I am looking to change the VT SS "copies" I have on mine. I'd love the WH/VT International rims. I think they are awesome!
Thanks V8 Calais, and yeah, the sunroof is a great option!!! Was one of the main reasons why I bought this one!
