wow, what a storm. we got smashed at work today, the VS has a massive dint in the boot and a few smaller ones down the left side.



but here is a few pics i took in the kaos.

this last 1, a guy at work had it in his hand for a lil while before i took this pic, so it was a bit bigger.

it was 55mm across. and landed right next to my 2IC's car.

one thing I don't miss from Brisbane, the savage storms & hail
Toowoomba seems to get off fairly light in that regards. It often brews up and looks real threatening, but it's bark is usually a lot worse than it's bite. Most of the really bad stuff seems to stop at Gatton. We did get some big rain this afternoon and some lightning & rumbles in the background. Back at the office they said they got a bit of very small hail, but not enough to damage anything.
