A couple off weekends ago we headed out through the back roads to Toowoomba and a game of golf.
Man what a bunch of hackers we were. Some great shots and some shockers. With a 30-40 knot westerly wind blowing didn't do us any favours LOL.
The plan was to play nine holes and do the backroads and scenic route to Cunninghams Gap and back to Bris.
All good plans are FLEXIBLE - we were having so much fun playing and hacking at the Golf, it was unanamously decided to forgo the remainder of the cruise route and stay on and play 18 holes.
I personally enjoyed the entire day way more than I anticipated. Fantastic bunch of people having a ton of fun and laughs together.
I'm hooked on golf again now and find myself heading out to the golf driving range quite often. Planning the next hackers day to be down at Mudgeeraba next time.
