Hi everybody,
I run the SlideWize skid pan days that Calais Rider has been going to..
Just popped in to check out the site.
I run heaps of skid days..
you can email me at
Slidewize@hotmail.com
If it helps any, I've built a few old commodores in my day.
My First one was a red VH S/LX. 173 Blue, 5 sp. low diff gears, 3 core radiator, ported head, double vavle springs, shaved, decked, 44/88 cam (stupid thing it was!) gennie extractors, 2 1/4 exhaust, holley etc. It went to the pannel shop for a make over and never came home. So I started again..
Green VB S/LE (nick named 'screeming esctacy') with a 173 blue, shaved head, extractors, ported head, 30/70 cam, holley etc. went rather well for a small engine!
I also converted a bog stock VL /s into a turbo version.. :bouncing:
it made 175 hp and torque was 430. My wife crashed this one..
Ive owned a few other holdens as well..
Anyway, cheers
