How can I change my forum name?

Hey all. I know I've done this plenty of times but just wondering if anybody could change my forum name from Wayne to VC SL/E

Will also join up as a club member very soon as I had an awesome time with you all at C4C7. Can someone message me details as how to pay for club membership to please?
