Well, first of all, i would like to say congratulations to Michael for winning the October COTM.
From the outside, it looks like a stock VY SS, but those that have seen this car would no that is is no slouch. It starts off with the LS1 powerplant, running a 'Comp 232/234@112 cam', valve springs, a TBA throttle body, plus a few other little extras. Backed by a freshly rebuilt auto gearbox with a 3600rpm hi-stall convertor. And topped off with a set of 3.9:1 diff gears helping it to get off the line that tad bit quicker. And last but not least, It breaths thru a set of 'Pacemaker Tri-y' extractors, to hi-flo cats and a X-force twin 3" exhaust system giving it a very mean sounding note.
Mike has had all of his work done at 'Hi-Torque' on the gold coast and has ran a personal best time of 11.6 @ 118mp/h and has pushed out 397.5rwhp... all so close to the magic 400 mark :P And with more mods to come, this is one VY SS to keep an eye one.
