View Full Version : VQ Stato Headlamps Very dull but High Beam works....

hey guys.

VQ stato.. headlights work perfect on HIGH Beam but when on low they are barely visable.. any ideas ?

buy new bulbs?

i was under the impression that if the bulbs needed replacing they wouldnt have any light and 2. when i go highbeams they work great.. so.... thank you for you post.

my previous bulbs went dull in my VS to the point where the parkers where brighter, put the highbeam on and the bulbs would come back to life again, replaced the bulbs and it fixed the problem, either that or your not headlights arnt getting enough power, so look for voltage leaks or earth problems

i was 38cal back in the day... went to the army for training and now being back and able to use a pc my old nickname was deactivated but... will reintro myself

its not my car i am just trying to get it RWC for my friend or he will get rid of it for 1500 - Great car imo

can u do me a favor if you have your handbook, advise what globe wattages there meant to be... just a request from my uncle who is a mechanic
