Guys
Just a quick post to outline a number of things for Sunday's cruise. Some are common sense but I feel I need to say some of them just to remind people.
Firstly, this is the run sheet. You can print it and have a look if you wish. I will print some and have them with me. Thanks to the Ford guys for putting this together.

I am not trying to concern anybody with the following rules but must enforce them. I want everybody to have a great day.
Rules:
1. Due to such a large number of cars attending (based initial figures) we need everyone to listen. No car is to overtake the car in front of it. Due to large numbers, we will be leaving in two or three groups. Because of this, we will easily attract attention.
2. Please stay in your group.
3. Groups will be led away in Ford/Holden/Ford/Holden..... etc. Please stay in this formation.
4. Any cars, from either camp, that is seen to be acting irresponsibly, will be asked to leave. In case it is a BCCC car, that member will have his account suspended. No appologies on this action.
5. Anybody that has a UHF, please bring it. Please turn it channel 24. If this changes we will notify you on Sunday morning.
6. Please bring money to not only support the charity we are helping but to help support the club you are in. There is a number of great prizes up for grabs.
7. There will be two awards for Best Holden and Best Ford. We will be judging the Ford and the XR boys will be judging us. You will find (dont know where yet) two boxes. One with Ford written on it. The other with Holden written on it. Please write the registration of one Ford and put it in the Ford Box. We will announce the winners sometime around lunch.
8. There will be a few of our sponsors attending. Please do the club proud.
9. All members attending that have a club shirt. PLEASE WEAR IT.
10. Have a great time. This is going to be massive and if we do well, I am in discussions with the XR Club to make it an annual event. We are also talking about something else but I am going to hold onto that little secret. Lets do what we have been talking about in the other post. Come on guys get out and support the club.
