Hi guys, just wanted to let everyone know that BCCC won Best Club Display today at the Somerset Dam Car Show.

I would like to say a massive thanks to all our members who could make it and display with us and to our sponsor Mr Muffler for coming out to display with us as well.

Thanks heaps everyone.

Great job guys, well done. Wish I could have made it there myself but had other things organised..next time...BCCC is really coming along nicely..

IT was good to see so many cars from BCCC. Was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a better turnout from others. I had a good chinwag with the woman who brought the vanguard ute along. I had not seen one for many years. Many years ago I owned both the car and ute version.
We went home before the prize giving. Far to long a day for me.
Congratulations to the club and those members who won awards

Hi to all, It was agreat LLLOOONNNGGGG day out. Congrats to the club for winning the champion trophy, and we where happy to take home the best wheels trophy. Thanks to the Photographer for uploading those lovely pics and Im sure you have a lot more from the day !
We are looking forward to attending more BCCC Events.

Yuppers that would be correct, and definately the biggest N/A power machine of the VE offerings at the time - aggh if only I didn't blow that first engine up as I was on same stroker plan as you - oh well sheizers happens I suppose. In hindsight I'm not sure my poor ol auto would take the forces of your setup anyway lol.

I was the first VE on BCCC and many other SEQ based clubs for oh so long sussin out the new modification and go fast stuff for the breed, t'was great to see when others came to the party. Being a Test Mule was fun but very frustrating at times.

GO THE BLUE VE's

Dave I still love that car of yours - regardless of its colour lol.

Brad and 'go the gold and orange hue' is likely to be the biggest thunder VE type machine on BC soon through the Hi Torque build in progress. Hey I saw it again today when on a mission to Hi Torque - OBLIRERATE seem very becoming of it ;)

Aggh the hypnotist at it again lol.

The blue luxo is an advert for BLUE Race Tape atm. I stripped the old stuff off and re-did the front bar today as I have skidpan this coming weekend. What the hey, it stops the all plastic bar from fallin off - albeit none too pretty it does the job. One day I will get it professionally sorted lol.

Oh without predjudice, lots of people have said I would strip the paint off and need a whole nother paint job when I took the Race Tape off after being on for such a long time.

Aah, no probs, pull it off slowly and no issues - I have some shit in a can that takes all the sticky residue off and polished the car at the same time. Man I gotta get me some more of that stuff, I bought it from some "product salesman" at a garage way back when.
