I didn't do HD versions of these because they were massive

If you want one, let me know and I will get the 1080p one to you

Awesomme footage. Appeared like quite close matching between the big black car and little red car in the first scenes by the looks of it. Great when its like that.

Hmm, I got to respect the little red car on the day. Geese don't under-estimate that 30 year old commodore, as I learned on the day.

Whist on Darrens vid it looked easy as pie for me to overtake him on the front straight (which I'm sure he knew was inevitable), he was actually holding his own really strong on the straights and I couldn't round him up anywhere near as quick as I anticipated. Mine is quite a deal more powerful than Adam's and revs a "lot" higher limiter than most VE owners and a shitlod more power than Darren's. So I assume Darrens lighter weight offset some of Adams higher HP albeit held back by his being a much larger car. Its an actual formula that can be replicated within physics. Weight is the absolute ENEMY!

I couldn't match the White EVO thing (not sure what it's actual name is), and the Evo couldn't match Garry's red commodore, but for me it was a ton of fun just trying to stay with the white EVO - it was just oh so much quicker than me on the curves and I couldn't close enough gap on the straight to make a difference lol.

Remember this is circuit and car handling and stopping power is more the holy grail than raw hp...

To my mind, thats what makes circuit oh so much more complex and challenging than drags - T&T. A 700 rwkw monster will never be a circuit car without a bazillion $$ thrown at it to make it handle that sort of power. Circuit is rarely, if ever, won on the straight line speed alone.

On Adam's vids, Darren closed the gap between him and the black VE almost every time when approaching the curves and corners. On the straights there wasn't much in it at all - hence the closeness of both cars - which was great to watch on the video...

Was all fantastic fun. Great to see everyone havin Legal fun with the cars.

certainly was a fun day Pete, and that's what it was all about.
Some very different combos there on the day which made for some really exciting laps. It kind of reminds me of the old Group C race days, when there were all different types of cars on the track, all with their various different strengths & weaknesses that made the racing so amazing to watch!
