Not really a burnout but just the Calais at play Motorkhana Style and a tad more speed than a static burnout (hence heaps of Opposite Lock happening). No brakes applied in these ones to get the plumes of smoke happening, just base power and launch to get around the maze as quick as possible lol.

One day if I get the right wheels and tyres setup I will give Archerfield a crack Andrew. The stuff I have for the luxo with both the 20's daily drives and the 18's with semi-comp race is way to spensive to burn and blow.

Hey Andrew, I'm in the process of trying to find a set of VE stud pattern wheels with the right offset to fit some 17" x 8.5 wheels on the Calais-V for special ocasions.

Frying the high end type 20" tyres is becoming tooo spensive. I have circuit racing type slick tyres mounted on my 18s alloy wheels - will also double as my willowbank play nights.

So I need a set of 17s wheels for wet comps and skidpan, and can then change to cheap tyres for burnout and motorkhana play.

hey pete, if ya want skid tyres and rims, get onto ebay and buy a set of 16" steelies for about 50 a set..

also, have a look around on ebay again, or boostcruising for some 17" rims to suit VE if ya want them as well..
im always seein rims on ebay used as skidders

i tried to work out how many tyres i have distroyed, i gave up when it went over 100.
