:)

I got to speaking of past events at the Easter Cruise. One of SEQs natural wonders is the Glow Worms.

More specifically I'm speaking of the colonies of Natural Bridge (Numinba Valley). It's a great opportunity to bring the family together and admire nature and have some fun together.

My thoughts are a departure from BP Yatala at about 1-2pm. Head up the scenic mountain route to Springbrook. Probably a B.B.Q and get together at one of the numerous waterfalls of Springbrook. Then at around 5pm we head down into the Numinba Valley and on to Natural Bridge - Glow Worms is a Night Time only thing...

Torch and warm clothing and good footwear would be a mandatory. The kids love the adventure and anticipation side of it.

The Natural Bridge rainforest is a real wonderland that I really enjoyed along with about 20 others in the club last year

Anyone interested?

Nah Dan, it's all free entry.

It's in a national park and kids and grownups of all ages are welcome. Sort of guide yourself style which makes a bit more fun and interest within the true blue Nature setting. There are glow worms on the sidings along the walking track into natural bridge but the thickest masses and best view is when you go into the cave that is Natural Bridge and the associated Waterfall area.

I will see if I can find some photos.

Sheesh I just checked, to go on a bus tour and professional guided thing costs for tourists: - $130 adult and $75 child

Bugger that!!! I would prefer to do my own guiding and activity for free LOL
