Yeh Kev, I just posted this one cause its likely that I'm goin anyways, cause I am on Hols atm.

How about we set a T&T date for a Saturday early November ? I'm open to suggestions.

I might have took me & the VH out for our first run on this one - I'm on holidays at the moment so weeknight not a prob.

Except.... my gal is sweeping me away to destination unknown until Friday

keen to get the car out soon though. The tune is done as are the axle seals. Still got to put a set of brake pads in the front before doing any circuit work, but still got enough life left in them for the strip

That would be awesomme Ben. I have tons of photos of the VE doin all sortsa stuff but my sum collection of drags pics of the car is three and onlt one of them is even halfway decent - and that was about two years ago now.

I have a new set of 20" street tyres going on the rear on Monday. The current ones are pretty thin for tread. :o

You rekken you have a problem. I have a Harrop Tru Trac Mechanical LSD that is supposed to be in the Calais already, but shipment probs. The blue baby is a single spinner - LSD is totally kakked and thats how it will be running tomorra night.

Oh well, who cares I wanna do a coupla runs anyways. The usual full two wheel smokies for the VE won't happen this time around. 12 second anything on the 20" daily drive tyres will be good as it will form a good comparo to when the Tru Trac LSD and final Hi Torque tune of that Isky Cam gets done.

ATM the thing spins first, second and third gear with the A6, so traction could be an interim issue for tomorrow night.

Well if we worked on it last weekend instead of drinking Wild Turkey maybe we would have gotten some more work done on it lmao

maybe this weekend we will do better :p

And if my car wasn't under a bit of a change also I would take it out, but saving :)

Pete it will have the potential to get to 1000hp but depends if i push it that hard. Might just settle for 700rwhp to 800rwhp

Motor is nearly finished being built, then all the fun stuff will start.:D

Your a gawdamned nutter Jim. I dunno how you and Sean and the likes drive that amount of power. Geese, here I am happy as a lark to play with 300 or so rwkw.

The Blue Girl certainly needs some tune work after tonights Strip runs - what a great night though, I think I got about 10 runs for the evening - shit weather conditions for it though as it was hot and humid.

The L98 is not getting enough revs to see peak power attained to meet what the cam is continuing to make (approx 700rpm shortfall). Pulled a high 12, which has me itching to see what it can really do when we get the revs and shift right. Ash is aware of the issue; tonight was actually a test under all the A6 modes for feedback to him.

Bottom line is that I want a good record of each step of mods taken this time around. Once the cam and stuff has been tested then I anticipate the Dominator 3k stallie going in just prior to christmas this year. Yeh mate I have finally succumed to having a stallie on board. :o

I saw James from BEST our there in his beast. He was havin a few fun skatey runs as he said he punctured one of his slicks and chucked the street tyres on. Ha it was frying tyres and spinning halfway down the track. First time I've seen it in action - awesomme machine.

:)
