First of congrats to ben(accadien) for winning the April COTM award.
After driving around in his 5ltr vr v8 statesman, Ben craved more power. And what better poer upgrade than to throw another .7ltrs of the generals finest and a ute in the equation, and we have this months car of the month.
Starting with the strikingly bright red exterior, there is no missing bens ute on the open road. Complemented with the SS kit that comes standard, it has a great road stance. Slamming it down closer to the earth is very low springs. Keeping the ute in contact with the road, 18 inch monaro rims set it off perfectly.
Powered by the awesome 5.7ltr LS1, this ute has mor epunch than most unsuspecting punters realise. With only an exhaust system, which is a twin 2.5 inch mandrel bent, the exhaust growl is just perfect. Backing up the driveline is a 6 speed manual box fitted with a direct clutch performance heavy duty clutch, which assists greatly in sending power back to the stock lsd.
Interior wise is stock at the present time, with future mods including fitting a massive audio visual system.
Future plans for the ute see ben heading to PowerTorque Engines for soem extra oopmh, in the way of a Mafless tune and extractors. As we all know it only starts from here.
Also on the way is a hardlid and bigger rims again.
Another awesoem ride ben, goes hard, looks great and is comfortable to boot. Other road users also cannot miss the MASSIVE BCCC sticker across the back window.
